Child Adoption Center and Child-care Services

Established in 1949, and headed by Abdul Sattar Edhi's wife Bilquis Edhi, the Foundation has installed baby cradles at most of Edhi centers. This cradle service ensures refuge for unwanted infants and abandoned babies. These babies are then taken care of at the Edhi homes under the supervision of Bilquis Edhi. .
