Highway Project (25 kilometer)
The Highway Project aims to establish five hundred Edhi Centres along Pakistan's highways and major link roads. These centres provide first aid to accident victims, medical facilities in rural areas, and other welfare services, ensuring swift assistance to those in need.

Comprehensive Medical Services
Each Edhi Centre under the Highway Project is equipped with three ambulances, a four-bedded emergency unit, a permanent dispensary, and a mobile dispensary. These centres provide medical assistance to approximately two hundred and fifty patients daily, offering vital healthcare services to rural and semi-urban communities.

Expansion and Development
The Highway Project also includes the establishment of additional Edhi Homes for the destitute, dispensaries, centres for the rehabilitation of heroin addicts, ambulance centres, and rural welfare centres. Efforts are underway to acquire additional ambulance aircraft to enhance the speed and efficiency of service delivery between these centres.
